Chelsea’s new show
Chelsea & her husband Cole recently announced their new show on HGTV, ‘Farmhouse Fabulous’.
It appears so that the show will have the ‘Teen Mom 2’ couple as hosts while they help renovate other people’s farm homes.
The mission of the show is clear: help people design their dream farmhouse.
