Farrah Abraham’s relationship with plastic surgery has been one of the most publicly documented aspects of her career. Since her initial rise to fame on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom, her changing physical appearance has remained a frequent subject of commentary, media coverage, and self-expression.

Abraham began undergoing cosmetic procedures in her late teens, adopting an open approach to discussing her operations in the media:

• Breast Augmentations: Abraham had her first breast enlargement in 2010 at age 19, taking her from an A-cup to a C-cup. She underwent a second augmentation in 2014 to increase her size further, followed by a third corrective surgery in 2015 to fix complications from the prior operation.

“She had a sign that she got jaw surgery but not if it was cosmetic or a correction. She looks insanely swollen still. Yikes that’s bad.” one fan commented.

“After a non-consensual assault left me with serious jaw damage, I spent years suffering in silence just trying to eat, talk, breathe. I find it odd everyone says sue my doctor when I should sue the animal who did this to me.” Farrah wrote on Instagram.
