Gary Shirley has been a part of MTV’s ‘Teen Mom’ series since the very start. He first appeared on the show in 2009 alongside his then-girlfriend Amber Portwood.
Gary & Amber’s relationship didn’t last too long and they ended up breaking up despite having a daughter together. Over the years, Gary & Amber developed a friendly co-parenting situation which brought them closer together.
At the moment, Gary has Leah’s custody and Amber is allowed to visit on certain days.
It’s also been reported that Amber pays $1,200 in monthly child support payments.
