Teen Mom alum’s younger brother, Nicholas Radtke, 19, revealed on Dec. 25, that he was expecting his first child with his girlfriend, Emma Smith.
In a graphic shared on Instagram, Radtke included photos of himself and Smith holding up a baby onesie. “We’re about to become a family of three!” the message on the graphic reads. “So happy to share that we’re expecting. Baby Radtke coming soon!”
“Welp, Santa has brought me the greatest gift I’ve ever received. I’m having a baby, y’all 🥲🥹 May 2026!” Radtke wrote in the caption.

Catelynn’s brother Nicholas has announced the birth of his baby boy on Instagram.
He also revealed that the baby was born to an emergency C-section.
