Conner and Edwards began dating in September 2023, bonding in part over their shared journeys in substance abuse recovery. Their relationship developed quickly and played out both on social media and on MTV’s Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.

• Engagement & Marriage: After getting engaged, the couple legally married in September 2025 in Hamilton County, Tennessee—just weeks after Edwards’ highly publicized and tumultuous divorce from his ex-wife, Mackenzie Standifer, was finalized.
• Children: In February 2025, Conner and Edwards welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Presley Sage Elianna Edwards. Conner also has a child from a previous relationship, while Edwards has three older children (Bentley with Maci Bookout; Jagger and Stella with Mackenzie Standifer).
