It stars Macaulay Culkin as Kevin McCallister, an eight-year-old boy accidentally left behind when his family leaves for a Christmas vacation in Paris. Kevin must defend his home from two hapless burglars, Harry and Marv, using a series of creative booby traps.

True sequel incoming?

The Home Alone actor Macaulay Culkin recently revealed that he has an amazing sequel idea: “I’m either a widower or a divorcee. I’m raising a kid and all that stuff. I’m working really hard and I’m not really paying enough attention and the kid is kind of getting miffed at me and then I get locked out. [My son] won’t let me in… and he’s the one setting traps for me.”

Macaulay’s script idea made rounds online, with fans pleading movie studios to make it reality.
